K.Mack Fitness runs several 6-8week bootcamps throughout the year. The sessions are challenging yet fun and are conducted in a happy, friendly environment. We believe in getting results through encouragement rather than the “in your face screaming at you” technique.
Session times are usually set around times when mums can “get out of the house alone”, but if you need to bring your little ones with you then you are more than welcome.
Your Bootcamp Program includes:
- Two bootcamp sessions per week.
- Fitness testing
- Body measurements and weigh in.
- Free access to the other K.Mack Fitness Sessions (besides Metafit)
- Nutrition plan with family friendly recipes.
- Nutritional advice from Mountain Foundry Nutrition
- Exercise programs to keep you focused in between the sessions.
- Lots of fun and games and new friends to meet!!!
Bootcamps are quite hard work and are not suitable for pre and post natal women unless discussed with your training.
