We offer a variety of high intensity sessions throughout the week for all fitness levels. Sessions are a mixture of boxing, HIIT, weights, cardio and body weight movements. Our group fitness sessions are between 30min and 60min in locations around Upwey and Upper Ferntree Gully.
If you’re a beginner, injured or post partumn our trainers will adjust sessions to suit your level of fitness and ensure your working out in safe and supportive environment.

MONDAY 7:30pm: 30min Metafit at Upwey Community Hall
WEDNESDAY 9:30am: 60min HIIT Circuit with Weights. Fitlife Gym. UFTG
WEDNESDAY 7:15PM: 60min MetaPWR and Boxing session
FRIDAY 9:30am: 60min Strengthening and HIIT at TLC Birth and Beyond in UFTG
